Mother of two Agnes Guillard launched bee-bee in 2008 after attending the Re:Fashion exhibition organized by Anti-Apathy where she was distraught to learn about the highly damaging consequences of conventional cotton on mankind and the environment.
Angnes explains, "I was expecting my first child Josephine when I attended the conference and was appalled to find out how harmful on the environment the cotton industry can be. I realized there was a niche in the market to create eco-friendly baby clothes that would help protect the environment as well as the baby’s sensitive skin."
